Internship
Thrive Credit Union
In August 2014, I was hired to serve as the Marketing Intern for Thrive Credit Union as they underwent a complete name change and rebrand. In my first year at the CU, I worked mainly on the name change, enhancing social media accounts, coordinating events, and learning about a variety of marketing tasks.
Following the duration of my internship, I was asked to continue working with the CU through 2016. One large component of my work at Thrive CU was managing the company's social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and the company blog, thinkThrive.

Classwork
Ball State University
As a public relations student at Ball State University, my assignments oftentimes included creating work based on real life scenarios.
Though design is not my speciality, I believe that it is an area I am interested in learning more about. I am skilled in the areas of InDesign and Photoshop with beginner-level knowledge of Illustrator.

Writing Samples
Writing has always been a passion of mine. Whether it has been writing an opinion piece on my personal blog, writing a press release for a client or creating a social media marketing strategy for a business, I love to write.

Videography
Although videography, filming, and editing clips is not my speciality, it is an area of expertise I have been able to build on throughout many years. I am always interested in learning new skills and improving in areas I am not as strong in.

From December 2015 to July 2016 I worked with BC Digital Marketing in Muncie, Ind. as a Freelance Copywriter.
My main responsibilities included producing written content for client's websites. I have written several company bios, employee bios, product descriptions, landing pages and more.

Internship
Dittoe Public Relations
In May 2016, I began a public relations internship with Dittoe Public Relations in Indianapolis. I continued my internship with the company through April 2017. Following graduation, I will begin work as a full-time Account Coordinator with the company.
At DPR, I have learned so many skills. Mainly, I have become skilled in the areas of media relations and research. I also have gained first-hand experience in social media management and content creation, event management and campaigns.
